Yoga Class at The Buddha-Dharma Centre of Hong Kong (September 2017) 香港佛法中心瑜伽課 (二零一七年九月)

We are pleased to announce that there will be free Yoga sessions at the Centre again in September. The details are as follows:

Date: 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30 June 2017 (Saturdays)
Time: 10:00 – 11:30 am (Please arrive 10 minutes before the class)
Venue: The Buddha-Dharma Centre of Hong Kong
28/F Pacific Plaza, 410 Des Voeux Road West, Hong Kong
Introduction: Integrated Yoga teaching including postures, breathing techniques, meditation and deep yoga relaxation.
Benefits of Integrated Yoga includes body stretching, emotional relaxation, improving sleeping quality
and cultivating peace and attention.
Fee: Free of Charge (Donations are welcome; all donations goes to The Buddha-Dharma Centre of Hong Kong)
Instructors: Shiao Kuan. Organizer and instructor for wellness activities for many years. She commenced yoga
practice in 2003, and went to Bihar School of Yoga, India for 4-month advanced yoga course.
She consistently goes to India for Yoga practice every year.

Pandora Woo. Pandora practiced Yoga since 2006. Deeply inspired by the Philosophy of Yoga, she
applies Yoga in daily life, giving it a fresh understanding. She is studying under the Yoga master
Swami Veda Bharati of the Himalayan tradition, and has been to India for retreat and teacher training.
Pandora has led several Yoga courses in Cancer Funds and for medical practitioners in the previous years
under the theme “Tranquillity – Equipoise”, cultivating psycho-physical well-being of students and a positive
attitude towards life, as well as enhancing their inner strength.
Language: English / Madarin (Shiao Kuan), English / Cantonese (Pandora)
Quota : Around 15 participants per session
Application: (First Come First Serve as seats as limited)
Remarks: (1) Please arrive 10 minutes before for calming down the body and the mind;
(2) Please wear loose clothes;
(3) Please bring shawl and water bottle for classes

現追隨喜馬拉雅傳統瑜伽大師Swami Veda Bharati 學習,多次赴印度靜修和參加導師訓練。胡女士在以往數年為癌症
