Supervised by Ven. Dr. I. Indasara, Former vice Chancellor and Senior professor at Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka. A total of 308 beneficiaries, including cancer patients, leprosy & thalassemia patients, kidney patients, tuberculosis patients and disables peoples of the area, are chosen under the advice of The Divisional Secretary of Kahawatta. Dry rations were distributed including:

14. Noodles 400g
15. Cream cracker Biscuit 130g
16. Tea 100g
17. Garlic 250g
